Who We Are

Touchstone Advisors is a New England M&A firm that represents owners of privately held manufacturing, distribution and service businesses, generally $3 to $50 million in revenue.

What We Do

We work with owners to achieve the best sale price and terms for their company by finding the ideal financial or strategic acquirer.

Why We Do It

We enjoy working with private business owners and are passionate about helping them reap the reward for their years of hard work, sacrifice and risk.

How We Do It

We determine the synergistic and strategic opportunities the company would offer to different acquirers. We identify those acquirers, regionally, nationally, and globally, who would most benefit from owning a company. We confidentially market the business without a price and place the best 4-5 acquirers in competition with one another.

What We Stand For

As simple as it sounds, we do what we say. We do not make false or unrealistic promises and we won’t aggrandize our ability to sell your business. To create honest expectations, we will review your business and share our professional opinion on what the market is likely to bear. Then we will use the Touchstone Process to meet, and many times exceed, that benchmark. We are passionate about what we do, we are not afraid of hard work, and we know how to get results.

Success from The Start

We recognize that not every business is ready for sale. That is why we only accept engagements when we believe the timing is right. We understand you only get one chance to sell your business. We give realistic information so you can make a well-informed decision about selling your business.
