Today, Rishy is co-founder of Ellingstone Advisors, a boutique investment and advisory firm focused on private, direct commercial real estate investments across the U.S. Ellingstone and its investment partners acquire and operate multifamily apartment communities, targeting well-located properties that create value for both residents and investors. The firm also provides advisory and execution services to a select group of family offices and wealth management firms investing across commercial real estate property types. Rishy also serves on the Board of the Wolf Performing Arts Center in the Main Line area of suburban Philadelphia.
