With over 30 years of diverse professional experience spanning sales, management, consulting, and entrepreneurship, Paul brings a wealth of expertise to support our clients in navigating complex M&A transactions.
Paul’s entrepreneurial journey includes ownership of three businesses: a data analytics firm, a golf training company, and an exit planning and consulting practice. His transition into the M&A industry began in 2009, where he initially focused on exit planning before advancing to transactional roles at several prominent firms.
Paul is also a sought-after speaker, having delivered presentations at prestigious institutions and organizations, including Harvard Business School, Northeastern University, Babson College, and numerous professional associations.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in Boston.
